Production Time
Production time for a coat or bed is 3 weeks, while accessories are 1-2 weeks. Products from Maya's Market will be shipped within 1 week, if in-stock.
Remember to measure your dog when ordering a Coat, Neckerchief (neck), Belly Band (waist) or Heat Pantie (waist).
Shipping
International shipping under 1 kilo is US$ 35 (apparel) or US$50 (beds). The Tracking code will be sent you via e-mail, and is shipped through the Norwegian Postal Services to your country. For smaller items like Neckerchief, Belly Band, Booties and Heat Panties, the shipping international shipping cost is $12 (no tracking).
Domestic (Norway only) shipping is US$10 from 1 to 5 kilo, and US$20 above 5 kilo (beds). Tracking is included for all shipments.
Billy & Louie is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply, when shipping our products to your country. No import taxes apply for customers in Norway.
Return Policy
Please note that custom coats, beds or accessories cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded because they are made according to the unique measurements of your dog.
If you by any means are not satisfied with your product, feel free to contact us, and we`ll help you the best way possible. Please bare in mind that all products are handmade and unique, and might have minor differences to the photos posted on our website.
